Service Terms

The services are provided by us to the customer under the terms and conditions of this agreement and any operating rules or policies that may be published by us.

Service Speed

We make no representation regarding the speed of the Internet Service. Actual speeds may vary and are not guaranteed. Many factors affect speed including, without limitation, the number of workstations using a single connection.

Charges

The customer is responsible for all charges associated with the services, including installation charges, monthly service charges, usage charges, maintenance and repair charges, and applicable taxes.

Termination

The customer has the right to terminate the agreement at any time by providing us with a 30-day notice. Termination charges may apply.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages, whether or not foreseeable, of any kind including but not limited to any loss revenue, loss of use, loss of business or loss of profit.

Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, actions, damages, or claims.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the customer resides.
