Do I have to sign a contract?
We request that homeowners or tenants (with authorization to sign) sign a simple form to allow our construction teams to bring a fiber line up to the home as we transition our construction from public to private property. This does NOT oblige the homeowner/tenant to become a SwoopFiber customer – it just prevents additional costs and prevents the property/lawn from getting disturbed in the future if someone at the property wants to become a customer.
